PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Purpose of Insulation piercing connectors(IPC) is to connect main and one(PC13),two(PC24) tap conducor's of section,how is written on IPC body.Type without letter B serves to connect isolated conductors,with letter B bare conductors.IPC for one tap conductor is equipped with cable termination cap PCEC16/120, for two output wires-no cap.

IPC consists from two glass-fiber reinforced plastic parts,which are fited with two brass tinned teeth's,which are coated with UV-curing silica grease and the teeth are fitted with rubber insulation.This set is associated with the bolt,nut and pinch fixation segment.The terminals marked T are equipped with tear head. The lower part of the clamp is designed to be hold by the key 17 and the ventilation chamber,providing optimal ventilation of IPC.

Product can be also used as tap connector inside low boltage boxes.

This type insulation piercing connectors are suitable for all types of LV-ABC conductors as well as connections to service and lighting cable cores. When tightening the bolts, the teeth of the contact plates penetrate the insulation and establish a perfect contact. The bolts are tightened until the heads shear off. Stripping of insulation is avoided. Suitable for aluminum and copper conductors and components not losable, end cap attached to body, Insulation material made of weather resistant glass fiber reinforced polymer, contact teeth made of tinned brass or copper or aluminum, bolt made of dacromet steel.

* fits up to this conductor size, but current rating max of connector is lower than possible cable ratings.

Note: 1.The stainless steel bolts and nuts, washer can change it according requirement.

2.The tin-plating copper teeth and aluminum alloy teeth can change it according requirement.

STORANGE AND TRANSPORT:

Product do not have any specific requirements on storage. It is fire-resistant and it is not dangerous.
